By visiting our website, using our online store, purchasing our products, placing an order, or otherwise accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service the “Terms.” These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, contributors of content, and anyone else who accesses or uses our services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, order abuse, payment issues, or operational limitations.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order after it has been submitted.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
4. Meal Orders, Deadlines, and Cancellations
Because our meals and food products are prepared based on finalized customer orders, ingredient planning, staffing, and production schedules, order deadlines are strictly enforced.
You may cancel your meal order at no charge until the published order deadline for that order.
Once the published order deadline has passed, your order is considered final and confirmed. After the deadline, orders may not be cancelled, refunded, credited, transferred, or changed, except at our sole discretion or where required by law.
This policy applies regardless of whether you are later unable to pick up, receive, or consume the meal.
If you are not satisfied with your meal or order, please contact us directly at info@dimsumdarling.com so we can review your concern personally. We care about the customer experience and will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns, but we do not guarantee refunds, credits, replacements, or other remedies after the order deadline has passed.
5. Pickup, Delivery, and Missed Orders
If your order is scheduled for pickup or delivery, you are responsible for being available at the selected or assigned pickup or delivery time and location.
For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order within the designated pickup window. For delivery orders, you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, access instructions, contact information, and any other information needed to complete delivery.
We are not responsible for missed pickups, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, restricted access, weather-related issues, traffic delays, third-party delivery delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order is missed, delayed, abandoned, or cannot be completed due to customer error or unavailability, the order may not be eligible for refund, credit, replacement, or cancellation.
6. Food Allergies, Dietary Restrictions, and Food Safety
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, gluten, soy, sesame, eggs, milk, shellfish, fish, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.
Although we may provide ingredient, allergen, or dietary information when available, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or cross-contact. Our kitchen, suppliers, equipment, packaging, and preparation processes may involve shared surfaces, shared equipment, or shared facilities.
Customers with food allergies, dietary restrictions, sensitivities, medical conditions, or special dietary needs are responsible for reviewing product information and contacting us before placing an order if they have questions.
By purchasing and consuming our products, you acknowledge and accept the risk of allergen exposure and agree that Dim Sum Darling and Koala Holdings LLC are not responsible for allergic reactions, dietary reactions, sensitivities, or other adverse responses, except where prohibited by law.
Food should be consumed, refrigerated, reheated, stored, and handled properly. We are not responsible for illness, spoilage, or product quality issues caused by improper handling, storage, delay, refrigeration, reheating, or consumption after pickup or delivery.
7. Products, Availability, and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, ingredients, pricing, availability, portion sizes, packaging, colors, or other content will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Product images are for general reference and may not perfectly reflect the actual product received.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update menus, change ingredients, adjust pricing, or modify offerings at any time without notice.
8. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error affects your order, we may contact you for instructions, cancel the order, or issue a refund where appropriate.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
All payment processing is handled through Shopify and/or third-party payment processors. We do not control all aspects of their systems, terms, processing times, or decisions.
9. Refunds, Credits, and Replacements
Refunds, credits, and replacements are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion, except where required by law.
Because many of our products are perishable, time-sensitive, custom-prepared, or produced based on finalized order counts, we may be unable to provide refunds, credits, replacements, or exchanges after order deadlines have passed or after products have been prepared.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly at info@dimsumdarling.com with your name, order number, description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
We reserve the right to review each concern individually and determine the appropriate response, if any.
10. Gift Cards, Promotions, and Discounts
Gift cards, discounts, promotional codes, store credits, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, limitations, expiration dates, exclusions, or availability restrictions.
Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.
We may refuse or cancel any discount, promotion, or credit that we believe has been used improperly, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

This includes, without limitation, the Dim Sum Darling name, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, brand identity, designs, images, photographs, graphics, videos, text, recipes, product names, menu names, packaging, website content, social media content, marketing materials, slogans, and other brand identifiers.
The Dim Sum Darling name and logo are trademarks and/or protected brand assets of Koala Holdings LLC. All rights are reserved.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, sell, resell, license, imitate, exploit, or otherwise use the Dim Sum Darling name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, content, designs, images, materials, recipes, packaging, or brand assets in any manner without the prior written permission of Koala Holdings LLC.
You may not use the Dim Sum Darling name, logo, trademarks, or brand assets in any way that suggests or implies sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, approval, partnership, licensing, authorization, or association with Dim Sum Darling or Koala Holdings LLC unless expressly authorized in writing.
You may not register, use, or attempt to register any business name, domain name, social media handle, advertising account, keyword, logo, mark, design, or other identifier that is identical or confusingly similar to Dim Sum Darling or any of our protected brand assets.
Any unauthorized use of the Dim Sum Darling name, logo, trademark, trade dress, content, or other intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12. User Comments, Feedback, Reviews, and Submissions
