Return and Refund Policy
Last updated: May 29, 2026
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final unless there is a legitimate issue with the item received.
Meals
Prepared meal orders may be cancelled at no charge until the published order deadline.
Once the order deadline has passed, meal orders are considered final and confirmed. After that point, meals cannot be cancelled, refunded, credited, transferred, or changed, except at our sole discretion or where required by law.
If you are not satisfied with your meal, please email info@dimsumdarling.com within 24 hours of receipt with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
We will review each situation individually and determine the appropriate resolution, if any.
Non-Food Items
Non-food items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise has a legitimate product issue.
Any issue with a non-food item must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by emailing info@dimsumdarling.com.
Please include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
Food Products That Are Not Meals
Food products that are not prepared meals are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the product is defective, spoiled, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise has a legitimate quality issue.
Any issue with a non-meal food product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by emailing info@dimsumdarling.com.
Please include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
Review of Issues
Dim Sum Darling reviews reported issues on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, if any, including replacement, store credit, refund, partial refund, or no action, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or replacements for change of mind, personal taste preferences, ordering mistakes, missed delivery notifications, failure to retrieve delivered items, improper storage, or issues reported after the 24-hour window.
