Delivery Policy

Dim Sum Darling delivers meals during the delivery window stated at the time of order or otherwise communicated to the customer.

By placing a delivery order, you agree to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, access instructions, gate codes, and any other details needed to complete delivery.

Delivery Window

We will deliver during the stated delivery window. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, route conditions, access issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Drop-Off and Text Notification

We will attempt to knock or notify you when we arrive. If no one answers, we will leave the order outside your door or at the location provided in your delivery instructions.

Once the order is dropped off, it is considered delivered.

We will send a text message when your order has been dropped off. Please make sure the phone number on your order is correct and able to receive texts.

Food Safety After Delivery

Meals are perishable and should be refrigerated as soon as possible after delivery.

Dim Sum Darling is not responsible for meals staying at safe food temperatures after they have been dropped off during the stated delivery window.

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving meals and refrigerating them to maintain food safety and quality.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

Dim Sum Darling is not responsible for missed, delayed, spoiled, stolen, damaged, or temperature-compromised meals after delivery has been completed, or when delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, missing access codes, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or customer unavailability.

Redelivery Fees

Redelivery is not guaranteed and is offered only at our discretion.

If redelivery is approved, a fee will apply. Redelivery fees are charged at $1 per mile from our kitchen, with a minimum fee of $10 and a maximum fee of $20, depending on distance and circumstances.

Redelivery fees must be paid before the order is redelivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
