Dim Sum Darling is crave-worthy Asian comfort food that feels like home. Founder Cheryl Chin grew up in Singapore, where street food is part of everyday life and the best meals are remembered long after they are gone.
Her path took her from television and film to becoming a personal chef for a celebrity actor, but food was always the deeper calling. That calling became DFG Noodles, a small food truck with only six dishes, 11 food awards, long lines, and a loyal following that still craves its food years later.
The dish people missed most was The Trinity, a combination of three DFG favorites that proved Cheryl’s biggest insight: the right mix can be more satisfying than any single dish alone.
That insight became the inspiration of Dim Sum Darling, comfort meals from all over Asia with each week featuring DFG favorites, exciting new creations, and standout dishes from award-winning partner chefs, thoughtfully paired with each other into generous, exciting combos that create crave-worthy experiences.
